We’ve all heard it before……”It’s a Numbers Game…..”
“Ya gotta give ‘X’ amount of presentations to get ‘Y’ amount of team members.”
Click-through rates…
Conversion Rates…
# of Hits etc……
I am sure we have all also heard “You can have the greatest product in the world,
but what good is it if nobody knows about it”…or something along those lines.
Now these are all valid and legitimate concerns when it comes to our businesses…
but is this business TRULY a NUMBER’S GAME?
I’m here to say that I feel it absolutely IS!!!!!!
The problem is, most people are focusing too much on the WRONG numbers.
Hits…Clicks…Analytics…and all that stuff.
Putting too much faith in “generating ‘X’ number of leads per day
will produce ‘Y’ number of sales.”
Are THESE numbers an important part of our business?….ABSOLUTELY!!
Are they the KEY to the business…..NO!!!
If they were, THE NUMBERS would change!!….What numbers?
You know the 97 % Failure Rate in this industry. It’s my understanding
that this # has not changed in recent history.
With all of these “SYSTEMS” to produce leads and “sell for you”,
why doesn’t that number change?…
That # doesn’t change because people insist on focusing on THE WRONG NUMBERS!….hits…clicks…etc…
If that is ALL you focus on, how in the world is it possible for you to know
what to do with all of these newly found prospects? Are you going to hide
behind a website and let “The System do the selling for you”? Do you think
that is going to really work in today’s environment?
Take a look @ how YOU go about buying something. LEAVE ALL OF THE HYPE BEHIND….
Would you buy something without having some sort of trust in the
person you are buying from? Probably not…right?
Why would your prospects be any different?
If you are in this business, you have to learn how to communicate with people and build TRUST.
Now, what is it about “The 3%” that allows them to succeed?
Are they “special”? Were they born with something that YOU. were not?
If you are answering YES to either of those questions….you are onto something…
the road to FAILURE & DISAPPOINTMENT!!…SORRY 
:( …but that’s just a fact.
We are all born with what we need to be successful…PERIOD!!
The “3%” just LEARNED the proper skills and DECIDED to exercise 5% MORE EVERY DAY…
That’s it. Every day do just 5% more than everybody else and
ADD INCREASE into others in their world. These are the types of #’s that
we should be focusing on.
Do you document your life? Better yet….do you document your WORST?
You want an eye opener…you wanna rock your world?
Document your worst for just one day. All of the distractions and time wasted…
taking you away from where you want to be….better yet, where you DESERVE to be.
Do it….I DARE YA!! YOUR HEAD WILL EXPLODE!!
