….There is an outbreak of a very dangerous and infectious disease occurring in our society.
….It is causing people from all walks of life to feel MISERABLE and in some cases ruining lives!!
….The scary part about it is how contagious it is and how few people ARE EVEN AWARE of it!!
….Are YOU AWARE OF IT?
….It’s DESTINATION DISEASE….Very dangerous….and very contagious
….What is DESTINATION DISEASE?……It’s when people work towards a goal or
DESTINATION…Reach it ….and then stop learning and STOP GROWING…
You think you have “Arrived” and just kick back and coast…
I see it in so many areas….The Corporate World…
…In Golf
…The Home Business Arena….etc…
Now why is this?
Well, let’s think about it for a sec…..When we are younger, learning is automatic.
You are surrounded by parents, teachers and coaches…all pushing us
towards new goals and achievements.
We leave the “learning environment” of school and enter “The Real World” and we set goals…
Teacher…CPA…Manager…Lawyer…etc…
We do a great job and reach them…wooooohoooo 
:) ….then we “Sit back and enjoy”…
…everybody congratulates you…It feels good….and it should
…Now, what happens when you say “I wanna take it further!!”…Many people around
you say “Take it easy….it’s now time for you to enjoy….”
…and Destination Disease sets in….We become stagnant and complacent…I know
I know…..not everyone suffers from this :)…but too many do.
Now…If we stop learning, we stop growing..If we stop growing, we stop living.
What steps are you taking to continue growing?
Are you reading books, listening to CD’s, taking courses etc…DEVELOPING YOUR POTENTIAL?
Do you know that TV Guide is the #1 magazine in America?!?!…What is that saying?!?!?!
Is learning a PERIOD of life or a WAY OF LIFE for you?

I LOVE THAT ONE!!…SO TRUE!!!
Now, I understand we are all busy and time can be tough come by….So we are not
talking about spending 3 hours a day etc…
Think of what time you have that you can better utilize to keep growing…
Your commute…are you listening to some “shock-jock” when you could be listening
to some training CD’s…what about when you are on the treadmill @ the gym
…I think you get the idea
Maybe end watching T.V. a bit early and read for 1/2 hour before you go to sleep.
Just 5 % more…that’s all you have to do…you can do more?….GREAT!!..
if not…No Problem…Just make sure you do something!!
Go to seminars….find a mentor…Find an ENVIRONMENT…A COMMUNITY…
…where growth and development are prominent.
The good news is that GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT are JUST AS CONTAGIOUS as DESTINATION DISEASE….
